Rodolfo is a coffee producer from El Salvador, who also imports coffee to Europe and sells roasted coffee. We have met him at many coffee events in Europe for years, and he recently moved from Berlin to Barcelona. This guy knows a lot about the whole process from plant to cup, and will tell us more about it in his tasting class.
